Massage Therapy

Massage is a wonderful tool for relaxation, pain relief and soothing muscle tension. Massage involves a variety of pressures, movement and techniques to help the muscles and soft tissue in the body to relax, while slowing your nervous system down to homeostasis. Help reduce anxiety, stress, depression and heal injuries.
Combo Full-Body Massage: A mix of modalities utilizing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hawaiian techniques. Involves medium to deep pressure.
Reflexology: Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary technique applying medium pressure to specific points on the feet, which are believed to correspond with organs and systems in the body. It targets to reduce stress, pain, and anxiety while promoting relaxation and restoring energy flow.
